If the political conditions of new Iraq is accepted by them and return to the normal and mutual relations with Iraq, both sides definitely benefits. Concerning how to react against ISIS and the role of the new government to do so Dabbagh said: to react against ISIS we need a new, comprehensive and collaborative in a way that no one says Shia stand against Sunni.
